Interior Designer


  • Ability to execute full set drawings for submission to customers and building management etc
    (3D Visuals, Detailed elevation, Layout plan, Ceiling plan, M&E plan, material board submission and etc)
  • Able to coordinate at site / with suppliers & customers
  • To get quotation and sample from suppliers & sub-con etc


  • Must be proficient in Autocad, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop & Shop Drawing
  • Experiences in Retail / Commercial and Residential interior designing
  • Ability to perform well under pressure & flexible
  • Able to start immediately / short notice
  • Must be able to communicate with Chinese Speaking working / business partners

Location: Near Ang Mo Kio / Bishan / Marymount
Working Day: 5 days (Mon-Fri – 9:00 to 18:00) + Alternate Sat (Sat – 9:00 to 13:00)

Project Coordinator


  • Responsible for the planning and co-ordination of new and on-going projects
  • Project supervision, documentation, monitoring of site activities, plan workflow schedule and execute design on site are required
  • Manage work team to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and with the expected level of quality and safety standards
  • Organise with the designers and contractors to carry out all stages of work
  • Liaise with client’s representatives and contractors on site matters and meetings
  • Initiate corrective action by evaluating and resolving any discrepancies and problems that arises during project delivery
  • Carry out defect liability servicing of completed projects and maintain records
  • Maintains good documentation of project progress and requirements
  • Source for materials as per project requirement


  • High initiative in following up matters in a consistent, organized and methodical manner
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethics
  • Able to work independently as well as a strong team player demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to work within tight deadlines
  • Good positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Have drive, demonstrate decisiveness and reliability
  • Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Project Management or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years’ work experience in interior / exhibition / related industry
  • Able to understand plans and good knowledge of design details
  • Possess Class 3 driving license and own vehicle prefer
  • Only Singaporean and PRs need to apply
